I'm so excited to share and recap our recent trip to NYC with you guys today! You can see other NYC posts here, here, here, and here. We visited NYC with some good friends of ours last year over spring break and had so much fun that we knew we wanted to go back this year! Obviously, there is so much to do in the city that never sleeps, so I started planning early and coming up with our daily agenda (yes, an agenda on a vacation - don't hate, I'm a little OCD. Chris is learning to
We stayed at the Nomo Soho hotel - it is in a great location, has outstanding decor, and great room views of the city! I will say that we were a little disappointed with the service, but it was a great hotel overall. A few of our activities included: an afternoon exploring Chelsea Market, a morning stroll in Central Park, a late night comedy show at Comedy Cellar, scoring tickets and going to the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, shopping on 5th Avenue and in Soho, going to the Top of the Rock, seeing Wicked on Broadway, walking The Highline, and spending an afternoon in the West Village.
Of course, most of our trip was centered around food (no shocker there)! We snacked our way through Chelsea Market, had a late lunch at Cookshop, enjoyed afternoon cocktails and shared plates at Bergdorf Goodman Restaurant, a before the show dinner at Bar Americain (Bobby Flay's restaurant!), a cozy date night at Freemans (my favorite meal of the whole trip!), a tasty breakfast at Friend of a Farmer, and met up with some friends who live in the city for dinner at The Dutch. We also hit up some NYC must eats that you'll see below!

Strolling through the city streets and making a stop at the iconic "Friends Building" (90 Bedford Street, shown above) - duh. I kept waiting for the whole gang to come out so we could go to the coffee shop.
Stopping at a few NYC must eats - including the infamous Shake Shack for yummy burgers and fries, Joe's Pizza for a tasty slice, Levain Bakery for the best cookie in the world, and Laduree Soho for a macaron and coffee break.

Oddly enough, I just got back from another NYC visit last night. One of my girlfriends is getting married this June, so we celebrated her bachelorette party in the big city this past weekend! We had so much fun, and I love that city more every time I visit. If you're planning to visit anytime soon, check out my post on NYC Must Do's! What are some of your favorite things to do in New York and where are some of your favorite places to eat? I'd love to hear! I hope y'all have a wonderful Monday - thanks for stopping by!
