Crock Pot Creamy Hot Chocolate

There's only 4 more sleeps until Christmas day!! Can you believe it?! I finally finished all my shopping (yesterday), so I'm officially in cruise mode and filling my days with Christmas movies and Christmas treats. Yesterday I shared my favorite Christmas movies and today I'm sharing my favorite hot chocolate recipe! I love creamy hot chocolate made with milk, and this recipe is the best one I've made yet. I found it here (via Pinterest) a few weeks ago and haven't looked back since! Y'all, it is soooo good. Much better than your basic packet of hot chocolate mix.... like much better. I plan on making it Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! So have you finished your shopping yet? I hope so, but if not.. you've still got time! Now go make this hot chocolate and put on favorite Christmas movie!

Ingredients:
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
6 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups of milk chocolate chips (can also use semi-sweet)

Instructions:
- Stir together the whipping cream, milk, vanilla, and chocolate chips in crock pot
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally with whisk, until mixture is hot and chocolate has melted
- Once it's heated through and chocolate is melted, switch the slow cooker to warm. Stir again before serving and garnish with favorite hot chocolate toppings.
